Chris.
I have worked in the Security industry since 1998. Over this time, I have developed an excellent knowledge of the industry and built global relationships with clients and partners. I will lead the team and ensure compliance to the contract requirements but more importantly that overall relationships remain strong and continually look for improvements in our offering. I enjoy being involved in the complete contract cycle and will meet with our team weekly and attend client meetings on a frequency required by your team.
Anthony.
My role at Inspired is to help keep an eye on our financial performance and generally poke my nose into everything. I love troubleshooting problems and assisting the team to achieve our goals. After 28 years in my previous role as Finance and IT Director I gained a great deal of experience in growing a company from small beginnings to a healthy, strong player in our market place. Along with the rest of the team we are all very ‘hands on’ and we enjoy keeping each other sharp and engaged as we work to provide the best customer service.

I joined Inspired as I wanted to work within a team who had a clear focus on meeting customer satisfaction and quality objectives. I have worked in the security industry since 2003. I get great satisfaction in being able to work on a variety of systems from large global through to smaller installations and very much enjoy giving the same attention to detail to all of our clients. Minimising faults within systems by investing time to ensure the maintenance is completed to highest standard is paramount to me and I work with the team and our supply chain to always look at how we can continually improve on this. I take responsibility for our system installation quality.

I am responsible for the service delivery at Inspired. Drawing on the 18 years’ experience in the industry I have from my previous company where I worked my way up from Office Junior to Office Manager there is no task too big or too small for me to assist in striving to exceed our client expectations. Within our Team I love that there are no restrictions or boundaries as to what we as individuals can take on or get involved in, the variety of the tasks gives me great satisfaction as I thrive on being busy and building new business relationships.
Mandy.
Based at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City I will be one of your main points of contact for all account administration queries. Communication is of the highest importance to me and I will be available at the end of the telephone to deal with any queries you may have. My role includes; Quality Assurance; from the outset to completion of works ensuring all aspects of quality and compliance are achieved. Supply management; ensuring equipment is ordered and delivered to the right place at the right time. Supporting our engineering team to ensure they have everything required to work safely on site. Account Administration; working alongside the team to keep track of the works taking place and all that is happening on the account.
Darren.
I have a vast amount of experience working with Enterprise Access Control and Video systems. I enjoy working on the hardware and software and introducing clients to unknown features of the system. Installation quality is paramount to me and I ensure any installations which I am responsible for delivering are installed to the highest standard. I have worked in this sector for 16 years and have travelled to most European and Middle Eastern locations commissioning systems.
