The heart of the City
We are so pleased to be joining the Lendlease construction team on this stunning addition to the London Skyline.
The new 50-storey tower in the heart of the City will provide an office-led, mixed-use building with flexible retail space at ground and mezzanine floor levels, and a public viewing gallery at level 50.
The proposed building will include high sustainability and low energy initiatives and has been designed to achieve a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
Our team are excited to take the Arup design to construction and ensure it exceeds our collective innovative and smart building objectives.
We are extremely proud to be working with developers Stanhope PLC & Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and look forward to joining other trades on site in 2021.
