Celebrating Rick’s Retirement

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of celebrating Rick Watts retirement at The Gun in London, following almost four years with Inspired, where he lead as one of our Site Supervisors.

Since joining the business, Rick has been one of our most respected and dependable colleagues. His can-do attitude, exceptional knowledge, and outstanding work ethic have made a lasting impact across the organisation.

Always willing to share his expertise, Rick has played a key role in mentoring and developing those around him while continuing to learn and grow himself. We will miss having Rick as part of the day-to-day team, his legacy will live on through the many people he has supported and inspired during his time with us.

We're also incredibly proud that Rick is the only colleague to leave Inspired this year, whilst we've welcomed 14 new team members to the business during the same period. This reflects our culture, opportunities and strong sense of teamwork that make Inspired such a great place to work.

Rick, thank you for your dedication, commitment and friendship over the last four years. We wish you a long, happy and well-deserved retirement... unless, of course, you get bored and decide to come back for round two!

With thanks from everyone at Inspired Integrated Systems Ltd.
